Every event is different—venue size, access, height, complexity, and travel all affect pricing. We’ll provide a clear quote based on your brief and offer options to suit your budget.

To quote accurately, we’ll ask for:

  • Event date & time

  • Venue/suburb (and bump-in rules if any)

  • Theme/colour palette

  • What you’re decorating (entrance, stage, backdrop, etc.)

  • Inspiration photos (optional but helpful)

How long do balloons last?
Most indoor installs look great for the duration of your event and often beyond (conditions and balloon types vary).

Do you deliver and install?
Yes—our event decorating includes on-site setup. Pick-up/pack-down can be added if required by your venue.

Can you match my colours or branding?
Absolutely. Share your brand colours or inspiration images and we’ll build a palette to suit.

How far in advance should I book?
For peak weekends and corporate dates, earlier is best. Last-minute requests are sometimes possible—reach out.
