Most printing will require a 14 day turnaround from the date of order to
the date of delivery. For printing & delivery within this time frame orders can be fast tracked and a 10% surcharge may apply. Balloons.net.au delivers Australia wide.

We recommend printing with 1 ink colour
where possible. You can change the base colour of the balloons
as many times as you like during the print run to match your
requirements. Balloons.net.au can print up to 4 colours for a 1
side print and two colours for a 2 side print. A separate screen
is created for each colour printed. Ink colours within an artwork can not be touching.

Artwork and Design:
Balloon printing is a form
of screen printing, we stamp a thick rubber ink onto
your latex balloon.
When fully inflated, the
largest printable area on your balloons fits a 16cm x 16cm
square. When designing your artwork, keep this in mind
by trying to fill both width and height ratio's as
evenly as possible.
The best supplied artwork is in EPS or Illustrator format. We can however accept most other file formats. If you are providing a GIF, JPEG or TIFF -
please make sure the file size is 16 x 16cm at 600DPI

Inflation Options
When it comes to balloon inflation there are two options – helium inflation or air inflation. Factors that influence which is more suitable for your promotion include location, time frame, budget and staffing. There are also many Shopping and Convention Centres that don’t allow helium inflated balloons. Information and prices for each are listed below.
Helium Inflation
*Helium Inflated 12" Latex Balloons float for 14 – 18 hours.
*Helium Inflated 16" Latex Balloons float for approximately 24 hours
*Helium Inflated 3ft Latex Balloons float for approximately 1 - 2 days.
*All Latex Balloons can be treated with hi-float solution to extend their float time, in some cases up to a week.
*Balloons.net.au can inflate your custom printed balloons with helium and tie
them to ribbons.
Costs are $1.50 per balloon (1 – 99) or $1.30 per balloon (100+)
*Alternatively we can supply you with a Do It Yourself Helium Tank and
optional extras including ribbons, clips, pre-ties and weights. Costs are:

Air Inflation
*Air Inflated Latex Balloons stay inflated for between 1 and 3 weeks.
*Air Inflated Balloons do NOT float.
*Balloons.net.au can inflate your custom printed balloons with air and attach them to a cup and stick for $0.80 per balloon.
*Alternatively we can supply you with a hand pump or air inflator, and cups and sticks. Costs are:
