Balloons.net.au can provide you with a Do-It-Yourself Kit containing helium, pre-cut ribbons and balloons of your colour preference in your required quantity.
DIY Kits are best picked up from our store in Annandale, although deliveries
are available to business addresses.
All quantities
(excluding 'Gas Only') include the balloons, ribbon, gas tank and
regulator hire.
